Terms of service

This website and its products are provided by Fibin Philip (individual seller), trading as CFDTraderTools. By purchasing or using our products you agree to these terms.

Licence. When you buy a product you receive a licence to use it for your own trading. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you may not resell, share, redistribute, decompile or publish our files, code or scripts.

Your accounts. You are responsible for your own TradingView account, MT4/MT5 platform and broker account, and for providing accurate details (such as your TradingView username) when you order.

Payment and delivery. Orders are delivered manually after payment is confirmed. Payment is by international bank transfer via Wise; after you order, we email a payment request. Card/PayPal payments are coming soon. See our Shipping/Delivery policy.

Custom work. Scope and price are confirmed before work begins; changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

No advice, no guarantee. Our products are technical tools and general information, not financial, investment or trading advice, and do not guarantee any trading result. Trading CFDs and other leveraged products carries a high risk of losing money.

Refunds. See our Refund Policy.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for losses arising from how you use our tools, your broker’s execution, or technical issues outside our control.
