What do you sell?
Trading tools for CFD traders: chart indicators (TradingView and MT4/MT5), Expert Advisors (EAs) for MT4/MT5, EA and MQL4/MQL5 customization, high-frequency trading (HFT) bots, and a 10-year historical US financial market data set.
Which platforms do you support?
TradingView and MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5. Our customized indicator service can also be built for another supported charting platform — contact us to check yours.
Do I need my own trading platform or broker account?
Yes. Our tools run on your own TradingView account or your own MT4/MT5 platform and broker account. We do not provide brokerage services or manage accounts.
What is an Expert Advisor (EA)?
An Expert Advisor is a program that runs inside MetaTrader 4 or 5 and can place and manage trades automatically according to its rules. We recommend testing any EA in the MT4/MT5 Strategy Tester and on a demo account before using it live.
Can I use an HFT bot with any broker?
Results from high-frequency strategies depend heavily on your broker, execution speed, latency and trading conditions, and some brokers restrict high-frequency or automated trading. Please check your broker's terms before ordering.
Ordering & pricing
What does "starting from" mean?
For custom work (customized indicators, MQL customization, EA files and customization, custom HFT bots) the listed price is a starting price. The final price depends on the scope and complexity of what you need. Please contact us with your requirements before ordering — we confirm the scope and your quote before work begins.
Which currency are prices in?
Our store currency is the UAE dirham (AED). Depending on your location, prices may be displayed converted to your local currency (for example USD). The payment request we email you after your order confirms the exact amount and currency.
How do I order a custom tool?
Email sales@cfdtradertools.store or contact us with a description of what you need (platform, rules, inputs, alerts and any examples). We review your specification, confirm the quote and then you place your order.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
International bank transfer via Wise. After you place your order, we send you a payment request by email with the amount, currency and bank details. You pay from your own bank account — you do not need a Wise account. We can accept payment in major currencies such as USD, AED, EUR and GBP.

When is my order processed?
Your order is processed once your payment has been received and confirmed. Your bank may charge its own transfer or currency conversion fees.
Delivery
How are products delivered?
Everything is delivered digitally, by email, after your payment is confirmed. TradingView indicators are delivered as invite-only script access on your TradingView username. MT4/MT5 indicators and EAs are delivered as files with installation/setup instructions. HFT bots are delivered as a ready-to-deploy package with setup guidance. Market data is delivered as a structured data export (CSV; the exact format is confirmed by email after you order). See Delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is manual and starts once your payment is confirmed. Ready-built products are typically delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Custom work is delivered according to the timeline agreed with you before work begins.
Why do you need my TradingView username?
TradingView indicators are invite-only scripts, so we grant access to your specific TradingView account. Please enter your username exactly as it appears on TradingView when you order.
Refunds, risk & support
Can I get a refund?
Because our products are digital, they are generally non-refundable once delivered. Please see our Refund Policy and email support@cfdtradertools.store if there is a problem with your order.
Will your tools make me profitable?
No tool can guarantee profits. Trading CFDs and other leveraged products carries a high risk of losing money, and past performance is not indicative of future results. Please read our Risk Disclaimer.
