All CFDTraderTools products are digital — indicators, Expert Advisors, trading bots, code customization and data — and are delivered electronically.
Digital products
Because digital products can be copied or accessed immediately, they are generally non-refundable once delivered (for example, once a file has been sent, a data export has been provided, or TradingView script access has been granted).
Custom work
For custom and quote-based work, the scope and price are confirmed with you before work begins. Please make sure you are happy with the agreed scope before ordering.
Exceptions
We may, at our discretion, offer a fix, replacement or refund in some situations — for example, if a product cannot be delivered or does not match its description. Each case is reviewed individually.
