Use of products
When you buy a product, you receive a licence to use it for your own trading. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you may not resell, share, redistribute, decompile or publish our files, code or scripts.
Accounts and platforms
You are responsible for your own TradingView account, MT4/MT5 platform and broker account, and for providing accurate details (such as your TradingView username) when you order.
Custom work
For quote-based work, the scope and price are confirmed before work begins. Changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
